Project Title: Interaction between myelin specific T and B cells in
inducing Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO)

The research will study the interaction of antigen-specific T and B cells and role of specific cytokines in the development of NMO as well as the generation of Aquaporin-4 T cell receptor transgenic mice.
